Their customer service was excellent, addressing all my concerns before the purchase, and the shipping was incredibly fast, with my order arriving in Canada within 7-9 days.
The challenging part of installing the device was disconnecting one wire and connecting it to a different port to activate the rearview camera. The instructions didn’t clearly mention this, so I initially installed it as it was, which triggered the check engine light. However, I found a YouTube video that explained how to properly disconnect and reconnect the rear camera wire harness. I also disconnected the 12V battery to clear the error messages, and after that, the device worked perfectly. Shared this info, not to scare you or take the credit of this amazing device. But to be aware of the situation. 5 starts for the functions and features this offer. A happy customer.
