Firmware needs updated

Bought this spent weeks working with technical support. First they said my first OBD was not a quality one, then sent a YouTube video saying to do all of the above steps, then I had to buy a flash drive and upload an apk because their head unit denys all Bluetooth permissions. Then they say use my phone they need to update the firmware. Wanted the tpms too but I want to have it on my head unit and not a phone, this shouldn’t be a problem
