I avoided buying this for my son because the thought of tearing the dashboard apart and searching for wires to connect was dreadful. I finally relented and wound up watching a few youtube videos. As it turns out we had this installed in less than 45 minutes and it looks like it's an OEM part. Super happy with the new look.
