Thank you for your excelent support, the times I've had problems with my unit(s) mostly by my own fault (messing with the unit), the Dasayta team has come to save the day... Last time I tried to change the DPI (why don't you guys include it in the ROM?), the image on the screen was enlarged and I couldn't do anything with it, but thanks to their help my unit is working perfectly once again... This is a huge game changer for my 2013 4runner; it's so much nicer to have Apple CarPlay. It's definitely worth getting this, especially for a 4runner that does not have Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. I love how it looks, and it's a snug fit with no gaps. It has a built-in amp for my JBL speakers that I put in; it has a setting to tune your speakers to make them sound much better and cleaner. The screen is very responsive, not laggy or delayed in any way. One more thing dasaita customer service is very nice even though we have a huge time difference, just want to thank them for helping me out so much.
Recently picked up a ‘17 4Runner and wanted to add Apple CarPlay functionality. Researched a few different head units and came across some reviews on YouTube. Plenty of reviews and install videos online to make the install nice and easy! Had a couple issues as I did not install all of the necessary cords/adapters, so I did not get power to my lower USB. Reached out to Dasaita on instagram and got a response right away. They were able to verify which adapters I was missing from my install and guide me through it, through text and photos (including YouTube links and timestamps). Absolutely blown away by the customer service experience and the massive upgrade it made to my 4Runner! DTS Amplifier also makes it sound like you installed an all new stereo system with it!
I have been considering options for upgrades on the OEM head unit. The fit and finish is very clean and it was a very easy install. The screen is crystal clear, responsive and fast. I couldn’t recommend this more out of ease and quality.
