I'll try that but what would cause the screen to not come on? and the screen was literaly backwards one time.

De todas maneras tienes una actualización para el G12 mirate en Ajustes informacion de la tablet a ver que versión tienes y si la que hay puesta aquí es mas reciente actualiza.
