@Tom Box yes i did. I think that may be my issue. It randomly started to work tonight. After i hit a speed bump. I think I need to get another CB004.       

Have you tried the usual pull out and reseat the connector to the canbus-box? It's sometimes a little bit tricky get it in properly.
