I have the following problem, my Dasaita HA 5225 px 5 does not start anymore, I only see this.
I wanted to sell it because I sold my NISSAN XTRAIL.
And wanted to reset it to factory settings, but I can't get into recovery mode.
I hope you can help me please.

Here are some tips to help you get the work done:
1)Remove the car’s Radio fuse and waitfor 3 min
2)Reinsertthe fuse and simultaneously start the car’s ACC while you are pressing the reset button of the unit until recovery menu appear.
The device was removed because the car was sold. Now I wanted to sell it and also had a buyer. And I connected it to my 12 volt power supply. and I can't get into recovery.
And if I do it without an SD card, the device won't start at all.
@Harald Nigg We are wondering what procedure has you done before the error page appeared. And please let us know which file that you have put into to the SD card. Most of the time, SD card is for upgrade of the version and you can copy files to the head unit or back up important file. You don't have to insert the SD card all the time.
I connected the device to a 12 volt power supply Red and yellow for plus and black for minus.
I then wanted to change the SD card from 64GB to 16GB because I wanted to resell the device. And then this bug.
When I put the old card in, nothing happens, because it doesn't even boot.
@Harald Nigg Our engineer suggest you can remove the SD card and use a pin to press the RST hole.
Here is the instruction.
I have already done this several times after 20 seconds the touch button bar flashes then it goes black then comes on again and then the screen stays black.
Or if I stay on it longer then it flashes again and again everything from the beginning.
@Harald Nigg Do you mean that the screen come on with no factory settings image on it( white screen ) After a while, the screen turned black with even the light ignited, didn't it? It sometimes flashed again and again.
If I connect the navi to the 12 volt power supply and it doesn't boot without an SD card, I can do the 20sec reset but nothing happens.
@Harald Nigg We are wondering if the head unit can work on your sold car? The malfunction just appears while you are using the 12 volt power supply to connect the head unit?
