I have a 2018 Toyota Rav4 with a Dasaita Vivid 11 head unit. All works fine but oem back up camera has grainy picture. Any ideas to correct this.

I have the exact same issue on a 2017 RAV 4 with VIVID 11 head unit. The camera works fine with OEM head unit but when I put in the Dasaita unit, it's all grainy like the picture above. Doesn't seem like it would be a cable issue because when I switch it back to the original head unit, it works fine.
