Last week my Dasaita 10.25" for my 2014 Toyota 4Runner began displaying a message about being unable to load the Android 11 system. I can't get around it, and the touchscreen is unresponsive. Can someone help me troubleshoot? When I "try again" or " Factory Reset" I return to this same screen.

Please find a pin, press and hold the RST buttonfor 15 seconds to check if you can access the factory setup page. If successful, select factory reset option and reboot the unit;
NOTE: Ensure that you press the RST button vertically and firmly. You should feel a slight press, or even hear a faint click. Please refer to the tutorial video provided below for further guidance:

I watched the video and followed your instructions. I am returned to the page in my photo with no other menu options. I tried resetting the system with the vehicle off and I saw that the display lights flashed, letting me know that it was trying to reset. Is there something else we can try?

I have attempted to upgrade with your instructions, but the same problem remains. My only two menu options, are "Try Again" and "Factory Data Reset". No matter which one I choose, the head unit resets and I'm brought back to the same page, with the same two options.
In order to force an upgrade, I need to access the other menu options. Is there a way to access them?
