I am not quite sure if I want to do this, seeing how you support your older gen product I am having second thoughts. Here is the way I see it:
- I have your product purchased ~3yrs ago. Yes, I bought it from reseller, not directly from you, but it's still your product.
- Product started having technical issues and you aren't supporting it because, I bought it from other vendor, not directly from you. I have issues and istead of helping to fix it, you suggest to buy a new device for $500. (is this normal to replace your head units every 3-4 years?)
I am having second thoughts on this now, If I buy another unit again, after couple years same story could start and then I can start hearing same things, that this is old product, just buy new...
