    2) Please check the car fuse;

    3) Please check the head unit’s fuse;

    4) Please let us know whether you canhear any sound when you press the touch key;

    5) Find a pin, press and hold the RST buttonfor 15 seconds to check if you can access the factory setup page. If successful, select factory reset  option and reboot the unit;

    NOTE: Ensure that you press the RST button vertically and firmly. You should feel a slight press, or even hear a faint click. Please refer to the tutorial video provided below for further guidance:

    6) If possible, please directly connect the unit to a 12V power supply and observe its performance. Connect ACC(pin 3) and B+(pin 16) to  positive pole of the the 12V power supply, and GND(pin 15) to the negative pole.

  • My radio will not turn on for the most part, sometimes lights up the buttons on the left side of the screen but black screen. If it does turn on it will freeze the screen (eventually get lines across the screen) or make whatever is playing stay stuck skipping through the speakers where I have to pull over and shut car off. This started after doing last update on radio. Have had radio for about 2 years. Need a fix or replacement asap please.

  • @Nelson Vega Please kindly send us the order number and go to Settings > About machine to send the current Build Number and MCU version.

    In the meanwhile, please let us know how long and how frequent does the issue happen?

  • @Support Dasaita my radio has been completely going black or not turning on every day for the last 3 weeks. I cannot use it at all and it say mcu file not found so I can't send an mcu file. Order # SP-DA1200

  • @Support Dasaita I've replaced the 15 amp fuse in the unit and it still just turns on randomly for a few minutes and either the screen freezes with lines going through it or it goes dark.

  • @Support Dasaita still waiting for a response?

  • Hi @Support Dasaita, as you can see, this problem is common and is difficult to reproduce because it occurs randomly. I managed to send you a log file with "logcat" and you recommended me to upgrade to Vivid13, I did it and the same problem still occurred, so I went back to G13 because Vivid13 did not convince me and the problem persists. Please put all your efforts to fix this serious problem, especially since users have these units purchased very recently and this problem seems to occur on older units as well. Debug MCU and firmware, please.

    The following post was the one I opened with the same problem: https://www.dasaita.com/community/forum/topic/153207/random-black-screen#post-318656

  • Hi @Support Dasaita
    here my order SP-DA6317
    I do everthing you ask and i still have the some issue.
    See the e-mail a send today.
    Please help me

  • @Mario Augusto

    Hello.
    Thanks for your response.
    We will arrange the personnel to follow up your order via email.

  • @Support Dasaita

    I have the latest firmware zst27_sc138_13_(20241223) with 4.15a MTCHS_HA4Z MCU. This is the fifth time I have disassembled the unit to check fuse and cables and everything is fine, also, as you can see from the email conversations, I secured the cables well with cable ties so they did not have connector loosening problems due to the weight of the harness. You recommended installing the Vivid 13 firmware and the problem persisted, so I went back to the latest version of the G13 firmware and the problem persists.
    It's a big problem that is compounded when you have a GPS route set, as it leaves you without signage in the middle of a trip.
    Dasaita techs should do some research on when the black screen problems started occurring, as it is a common problem on old and new units and they should take care of this problem or we users will have to get our act together.
    Here are some posts in your forum where users have reported the same problem:

    More forums are talking about these problems on your units and there is a lot of dissatisfaction.

  • @JoMaRS

    Hello.
    Please be assured that we have reflected this issue to our technical department.
    Now our technician is working hard to figure out
    Any updates, we will release further.
    Thanks for your patience in advance.

  • @Support Dasaita Pay attention to this message. It is important, as I have been able to identify when unit shutdown and reboot problems are aggravated. This occurs in areas where there is poor phone signal coverage, in fact, 2 weeks ago, in an area where there was no phone signal coverage, the unit shut down on me 3 times in a row, within 5 minutes of each other. Although I don't think this is the only reason for the unit to shut down or reboot, in my case, it may be the most common reason for the problem. Please pass the note to the technicians as a matter of urgency.

    I use SIM card and doing research by Google, I have found information that matches 2 units of other brands that, when losing connection reboots. One is a Seicane unit and the other is a car AI Box. Both units have Qualcomm chips. I attach screenshots.

    I am waiting for an answer on this matter.

  • @JoMaRS

    Hello.
    Thanks for your information.

    About the reboot problem, if possible, could you please assist to print the log data?

    Please kindly try to follow the instruction below:
    Step1.
    Go Settings > Factory settings(password: hctlog&) after booting.
    Step2.
    Once it reboots during driving, go "FileBrowser" App to find out and copy the ".log" file to the USB driver,
    then send the file to us.
