Hello,
i've bought Multimedia for my Toyota corolla 2014 (in febuary 2023).
it worked perfect until last week when i turned on the car, the multimedia got stuck on "android" screen.
i tried to reset the device with "Reboot system now" and "Reboot to bootloader", they both didn't fix it.
how can i solve that issue?
i tried that too, didn't help
@Izhar Mishli We found your order is not our brand store, so that in this case, we could not cover your warranty. But in this case, as factory reset could not fix your problem, you could download the MAX10 firmware and get it updated.
MAX10 Version:Make Sure your unit is PX6 Andorid 10

@Support Dasaita the guide in the link assumes that the device is turned on. My device is not turning on. I only have the boot options list
@Support Dasaita
i tried to put that update you gave me in a formatted disk on key (32FAT), then i choosed "Apply update from SD card or USB". and it failed, please look at the logs in the picture
@Izhar Mishli We found that your order is not Android 10 but Android 11, so that update firmware is not compatible. Please download the following MAX11 version.
MAX11 Version:Make Sure your unit is PX6 Andorid 11
