@JEFF FOSTER Would you kindly further demonstrate your issue, we are not sure what you meant that our head unit had not power, did it has black screen?
Unit sometimes powers on and sometimes not. When it does not there is either no lights at all or sometimes the buttons on the left are blue but don't do anything. It's a 50/50 shot each time I drive the car if this thing will work or not. I'm about ready to remove it and return it. Not what I expected for the $$$

@Support Dasaita unsure of how to proceed. Link says file is too large to open. Also do I need a Dropbox account?
