I have a Vivid 10 running firmware telenav_vivid_rk3399_10.0_ota(20231102). I hadn't noticed this issue prior to installing that firmware.
When listening to music via Android Auto every few minutes the volume noticeably lower for a few seconds and then go back to normal volume. It's become very annoying. Any idea how I can fix this?
@John Sample In this case, we are wondering if you could update the zlink. Here is the update file.
I installed the updated zlink but am still having the issue. It doesn't happen with the same phone on a car with built in Android auto so it's specific to the Dasaita.
Also while installing the new apk I noticed my back button to the side of the display wasn't wokring anymore and then that none of the touch buttons were working? How can I fix those? I tried going into factory settings are resetting them but they still aren't working...
@John Sample We are wondering if you have factory reset the system to check if it could help. Here is a video tutorial.
