Regarding to the reverse camera, we assume your wirings is not correct. Here is a video of after market camera wirings. Note that you should manual connect the reverse cable if your model is is HA5761/5961+DYX053(It will be helpful if you could send us the order number so that we could provide more appropriate instruction).
@Support Dasaita thank you for your reply , ive tried the update but for some reason my headunjt wont find any downloads for some reason , my model is the HA5961/5761
@Support Dasaita also i got the camera connected and working but music stops playing when in reverse is their anyway to change this ?
@Sergio Arredondo Please make sure that the file that you put is update.zip. Here is the troubleshooting.

As to your second issue, we would like to tell you that update the firmware could get it solved.
@Support Dasaita I did exactly as told i downloaded "update.zip" onto my usb drive formatted fat 32 and when i connect it to the headunit no mcu update can be find or no update at all i dont get it ? yet i go into the filebrowser app and it shows theirs a usb connected and it shows the updates but still cant be updated , is their any way i can send you the unit to update it for me or what else can i do ?
@Sergio Arredondo We are wondering if you can update the whole process from which files that you download to how you proceed the update. Your cooperation will be appreciated.
@Support Dasaita Ok this is how i get started . So i have a macbook pro and a 64gb disk usb drive . First i turn on my macbook pro and i search and log into "dropbox" so i can download this update
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/p7963o6845jfen2rneuh1/update.zip?rlkey=2kc2ygdw0vn09eu7a3es75a7i&dl=0
onto my laptop. once it is successfully downloaded onto my computers "downloads" i then plug in my usb drive and it pops up on the screen i click it and first make sure its empty and formatted to fat 32 then i go to my "downloads" where the update is at and i click and drag it to my usb drive. Once it is successfully transfered and downloaded onto my usb drive then i remove it and take it to my car i plug it into the usb slot and it automatically shows on the screen that their is a flashdrive connected but still no "update" shows up at all i even go to setting and click on "mcu updates" and "system updates" but "no update" can be found . Im getting desperate to the point i want to return this headunit but i wanna see if i can make it work first. Please help !!
@Sergio Arredondo did you try with all usb ports available in your unit?
In my case it happened that the android auto/carplay usb port never detected the update....once changed to other port and wait 10seconds the system prompted to install the detected update on usb.
@Iker Gomez yes i tried all usb ports including the android auto/carplay port and still no luck , could it be that i need a sim card?
@Support Dasaita@Iker Gomez
@Sergio Arredondo We are wondering if you could use another USB and try to update, please kindly shot a small video to record the whole process as we have not ever received such update failure in G12 series. Your cooperation will be appreciated.
@Support Dasaita ok ill try another usb , what brand do you recommend me to buy ? and also i dont need a sd card do i ?
@Sergio Arredondo We are wondering if you could lend one from your friend just to check if it could work for the update.
@Sergio Arredondo Would you mind to publish a picture of the content of your USB stick?
You must ensure the update.zip is a valid zip file that is stored into the root folder of your USB drive and the drive formatted as fat32
Another option could be to enter into the recovery menu (pressing the reset pinhole for 25secs) and on the recovery menu select update from usb
@Iker Gomez
@Iker Gomez@Support Dasaita this is whats in the usb drive it shows it on here but when i click on "mcu updates" or "system updates" it wont find any updates for some reason ???
