My phone no longer connects to the ZLink app after an update. Is there a another new update?

Considering any improper/unnecessary update could be risky, please go Settings>About machine and send us a screenshot to show the version information:
1.The stereo's Build Number.
2.The stereo's MCU version.
After confirming the system version, we'll guide you through the update process accordingly.

im havin the same problem where link won't connect to my apple CarPlay and had to factory reset it back to my last update

@Alex Carrancho Please kindly try update the Carplay software, if so luck, you could try the firmware that we sent you.
I am also having issues with ZLink not booting up. I have the PX6 (1280X720). Android version 10. Build # rk3399, MCU version MTCHE_HA_V3.78_4. Kernal version 4.19.111+. Purchased in 2022. What needs to be done to fix this problem?
@STEVEN HOLDEN Hi customer, we are wondering if both the wired and wireless Carplay not booting, have check if the bluetooth has been connected securely. Please show us a photo of the zlink page if possible. Your prompt reply will be appreciated.
@Support Dasaita Zlink is no longer connecting wirelessly to Carplay. THis was before I did the Vivid update to Scout which removes the map from the widget on the home page of the classic view and replaces it with a speedometer. My order number was SP-DA3712. Build and MCU info in is in the image below. Please let me how to (1) restore Zlink wireless connectivity to Carplay and (2) restore the map on widget on home screen.
@Jose Cruz We would like to tell you that we may release new firmware of vivid which could customize the left widget to map at the end of FEB, would you kindly wait a few days for it and you could pay attention to our forum, we will put the firmware on it.
Please kindly update the Carplay APK in this case.
@Support Dasaita I was able to use the upgrade information that was sent to me. So far it seems to be working better with no problems. Thanks for the help!
@Support Dasaita The Carplay APK (zlink5) update keeps closing on me--it never opens. I keep getting an alert that "zlink5 keeps closing". This also now seems to create issues with connecting wirelessly. Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this.
@Jose Cruz In this case, we are wondering if you want to update the current vivid UI or want to wait for a new UI whose left widget could be customize. If you could accept the Speedometer on the left, we would like to send you the current UI firmware and guide you update.
@Support Dasaita I can wait for the new UI to address the left widget--no problem. My other concern is that I can no longer connect to Carplay wirelessly. I installed the Carplay APK update (zlink5) but after it was installed it kept closing/crashing on me over and over again. This seems to automatically disconnect the wifi as result. It was preventing me from being able to connect to anything on wifi such as my iphone/hotspot so I uninstalled it. How can I connect to Carplay wirelessly?
