The wireless car play on my unit stop working randomly. Everytime I try to connect using bluetooth nothing happens when I go to the zlink app. It only works using the wired cable. I have restared my phone, remove car kit from my iphone car play to start the registration process again and nothing happen. I have tried deleting my bluetooth connecton to car kit and pair it again and nothing happens. I'm able to pair to car kit bluetooth but carplay doesn't work even if the bluetooth say is connected to car-kit. When I go to zlink app I notice the loading icon doesn't show when I'm connected to bluetooth and try to use the wireless carplay.

@Juan De Luna Please kindly let us know your order number and then go to Settings > About machine and send us a screenshot to show the current Build Number and MCU version.

@Support Dasaita couple of days ago my zlink carplay stopped connecting to my iPhone i tried restarting the device and even disconnecting it from the power. I purchased my unit from amazon and the order number is, 112-0121771-1093837
@Support Dasaita I updated my G12 unit this morning with the latest update that fixed the microphone, it worked, caller can hear me now. 2 hours later the Zlink stopped connecting to Bluetooth. Now I can't use CarPlay. Please help, my Amazon order number is 113-5691858-6701863
@Long Hoang My G12 did the same thing. Would not run zlink for CarPlay. I finally resorted to pushing the reset button. The button lights flashed and it came back on. CarPlay works again now and I didn't lose any apps or where they go on screen. Don't ask me how it worked!! Haha.

@Long Hoang We are wondering if you could try to factory reset the head unit to check if it could work. Besides, please send us your current Build number and MCU version if possible.
