Buonasera, la mia Unità PX6 Vivid 11 custom fit per Nissan Qashqai 2019-2020 Modello HA5225H con connettore CB068 acquistata ad agosto 2023 è, da quando l'ho installata, afflitta da un rumore molto fastidioso, infatti quando avvio il motore dell'auto, si sente un "sibilo" ad alta frequenza dagli altoparlanti che aumenta di frequenza quando accelero e diminuisce quando decelero seguendo l'andamento dei giri del motore. Questo rumore si sente anche quando l'unità è spenta ed il volume non cambia quando si aumenta il volume dell'ascolto della musica e solo quando si ascolta la musica ad un livello alto questo rumore viene coperto dall'ascolto della musica.- Mi potete aiutare a risolvere questo problema che da molto fastidio ed impedisce la mia piena soddisfazione nel godermi il mio bellissimo PX6?

@Gennaro Costanzo We found that you placed the order on August 1 in 2023, please kindly let us know if your problem persist once you installed the unit or it just happened this period. In the same time, please kindly let us know if your car has OEM amplifier. Your prompt reply will appreciated.
Grazie della risposta, la mia auto non è dotata di amplificazione OEM ed il problema esiste ancora, dal primo momento che ho installato l'unità e ancora oggi si sente il rumore
@Gennaro Costanzo We are wondering if you have connected the following Amp wires, if yes, please disconnect it as your car doesn't not have OEM amplifier.
@Support Dasaita la mia auto non ha amplificatore OEM ma ha sub woofer attivo, quei cavi che voi avete indicato, sono per il comando "remote" per l'amplificatore esterno? perché sono due?
@Gennaro Costanzo Hi there, we would like to tell you that above 2 cables controls OEM amp, if your subwoofer is aftermarket, please not not connect it, it may create noise.
@Support Dasaita il mio subwoofer è un Sony di ottima qualità, mi state dicendo che alle uscite RCA sub1 e sub2 della unità Dasaita non posso collegare un subwoofer attivo after market??? E quale altra utilità avrebbero tali uscite pre out e il comando AMP CONT dell'unità Dasaita? Comunque a scanso di equivoci ho provato a scollegare completamente il subwoofer ma il problema rimane.
@Gennaro Costanzo Sorry that maybe a misunderstanding in this issue because of the translator. Let me further sort out your issue in English. Please kindly let us know if your mean that the playing of the songs is OK, but the sub will have hissing noise when you turned on or off the head unit. @Support Dasaita buonasera, non avevo e non ho nessun problema di massa o di cattivo collegamento di amplificatori/subwoofer After market, ho risolto cambiando posizione dei crossover degli speaker anteriori posizionandoli lontano da fonti di interferenze (scatola dei relays) della mia auto, adesso il rumore non si sente più ed il suono è perfetto. Grazie a chi si è voluto rendere utile.
