Hello
I have a HA5469-Vivid unit in a 2014 Toyota Camry, and when I turn on the car the head unit stays on the loading screen for 1-2 mintues and then shows this error screen.
I have tried the "Factory Data Reset" option, and after formatting `/data` and resetting nothing changes. I am unable to even access the boot menu to do a firmware upgrade.
Is there any way I can fix it?
Things I have tried.
1. Rebooting
2. Factory data reset
3. Holding the reset button during boot to get into the boot menu
4. Disconnecting the car battery for 3-5 minutes to see if that reset the unit

We are wondering if you could try the following issue to see if you could enter the Factory mode.
Here are some tips to help you get the work done:
1.Remove the car’s Radio fuse and wait for 3 minutes.
2.Reinsert the fuse and simultaneously start the car’s ACC while you are pressing the reset button of the unit until recovery menu appear.
