@Dagoberto Nino Sanchez In this case, we assume that the cache of the Bluetooth is full. Please go to Apps&Notification and clear the cache of the head unit. Then forget the zlink on the phone and reconnect again.

I dont saw any option for clear the cache on the head unit. Just clear the cache on each app
