Amazon says there is only 30 days to return that I need to contact you to replace or return. Some one needs to figure something out. PLEASE
@Gary Crumly Please kindly download the MCU and then copy it into the USB, connect with the head unit, check if the MCU update notification will pop out or not. If so , tick the notification to confirm and proceed the update.

They sent me an email to contact Amazon, as I've said Amazon will not take it after 30 days, I need a phone numbe to contact someone there.
