I installed the referenced APK, but it did not address my issue.
My phone is connected via bluetooth to the head unit, and works as an audio device, but the selection of the device in Apple Carplay gives a spinning wheel when attempting to pair to the head unit wirelessly via the phone.
I factory reset my head unit after falling to connect to zlink, can you activate the QR code? Thank you!
@Adam Schaefer Please go to Zlink on your phone and forget the device, reboot the head unit after update to check if the situation could improve or not. If wireless Carplay still could not work, we just afraid it's coreboard issue.
@Ryan Resendez Please kindly let us know if you have connected to the internet and make sure that your head unit's time is the same as your phone's time.

@Support Dasaita Removing / re-adding did not work (I tried that combination, including rebooting both device and phone after removing all bluetooth entires)... However... I can report successs..
I did a full update back to Vivid11 latest firmware, and elected to 'wipe' the device. This time it started up and everything, including activation, and wireless Carplay all worked perfectly. I think my problem is resolved.

@Kev Izz Please kindly reconnect the Internet, make sure that the time of the head unit is the same as the time of your phone. Check the time zone of your head unit. If you confirm that the internet is okay, try to reboot the head unit and check if the zlink could be connected or not. If still no luck, send us your order number so that we could send it to the manufacturer for further assistance.
