Vete a Ajustes
Aplicaciones, Android System WebView le picas desactivalo y prueva Waze.
Go into your Network & internet settings in the Android settings application and make sure "Private DNS" is OFF. This interferes with logging into Spotify and getting applications like Waze to connect to the internet. Hope this helps.
Crashing is more related to android Web view. In settings go to apps>android Web view and Uninstall updates and force to not automatically update.
Now you can open waze without issues.
On newer firmware updates this andeoid webview issue has been solved

After working great its doing the same issue,cleared cache on the android web viewer app not working again,what's causing this issue after over a year of waze working fine,becoming a pain
