The unit is great aside from one problem. There's a terrible static/buzzing sound during Bluetooth phone calls. I have unplugged and re-plugged all connections. The unit is also grounded to the chassis. Please advise how I can get this working correctly. Thank you in advance.
@Cam Jones We are wondering if just the bluetooth call has static noise, is the Carplay call working in good condition or not?
Both android auto and Bluetooth calls have static.
@Cam Jones Please try to remove the external microphone to exclude the issue of it.

@Cam Jones Please go to Settings > About Machine and send us the current Build Number and MCU version.
