⭐⭐⭐Last but not the least, if your Vivid11's bluetooth module is not FSC-BT1031, please stop updating the MCU and BT.
Updated the firmware and mcu. I try to update the Bluetooth and it says update failed. I've owned the OBD2 accessory for 2 years now, and have never got it to connect. My head unit can see it when I Bluetooth scan, but won't connect
@Colbie Sandberg
Hello.
Please note that it doesn't support to connect Bluetooth OBD when you’re using wireless Zlink(CarPlay/Android Auto),
cuz the Bluetooth access has been occupied by Zlink.
If you want to want to connect OBD, please make sure that you have disconnected Zlink.
@Support Dasaita so I can only have either my phone, or the obd adapter connecting through BT seperately?
@Colbie Sandberg
YES.
It doesn't support to connect more than one device through BT at the same time.
I performed the above on a PX6 Vivid11 I purchased on Amazon for a 2017 4runner about a year ago and now the screen has colored vertical stripes down the right side and the touch screen does not work correctly so I cannot take screen shots of the build model. I see this happened to someone else on another thread linked here: https://www.dasaita.com/community/forum/topic/142462/incorrect-screen-resolutiondisplay-after-firmwaremcu-update.
Please provide correct link for MCU. Hopefully this will resolve the issue
My Amazon order number was # 111-8891963-1339424 placed 10/28/23
@Jay Yeager Hello, please go Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:
1.A clear photo of the stereo's Bulid Number.
2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.
Thank you!
@ Support Dasaita,
I cannot provide screen shots. The screen shifted to the left and the touch screen is not working properly so I cannot navigate. I've provided my Amazon order number in previous message so that the model can be found on your side. Here it is again: My Amazon order number was # 111-8891963-1339424 placed 10/28/23
