Hi I am having issues...Bluetooth will connect (shows connected on phone and car) but will not play audio from phone. When this is happening the car continuiously will try to connect to Android Auto but will not connect and will go to the connecting screen with the wheel turning.
@Mike Justis We are wondering if the wired Android auto could work or not. If yes, please check if you have connected the wifi antenna on the back side. Then go to Apps&Notification to clear the cache of the BT. Forget the device on your phone and reconnect it.

Thanks for the reply. The antenna is attached and was made sure to be screwed in tightly 2 weeks ago. Android Auto works and connects fast when plugged in w/o Bluetooth on. With Bluetooth on in my phone and plugged in it sometimes doesnt connect. It goes to the to connecting Android Auto page and has the "working" spiral but doesnt connect.
I will try the steps you give to fix and will let you know.
Just as an FYI, there are multiple "Settings" options on the head unit. When you say "go into settings" are you meaning the settings that are 1) a half gear/half car 2) Just the Gear 3) or in Android Auto Just the gear.

Please download the APK file and then go to APKinstaller to install the zlink. Check if the version is v5.4.36 after installing.

Yeah, that was the same one I had in before if you look at the photo I initally uploaded...but I updated it. No change
