Hi, I believe some of the issues I am having is due to zlink...I don't think I have it. I looked at all of my apps and it's not there. Is it as easy as going to Google play and installing? Once installed does it auto activate?

@Mike Justis Do you mean that the zlink need to be activated, have you ever connected the stereo with internet? Your prompt reply will be appreciated.
Yes, I have connected the stereo to the Internet. I am saying that I do not have a zlink app icon.
Actually, I was able to go into Apps and I see zlink. Here is the info
Instead of zlink you will have android auto and carplay specific buttons.. they both are shortcuts to zlink.
If you dont have any of those go to settings> vehicle settings and there you will find a switch to activate carplay/android auto (and will make those shortcuts to be available again)
