@Andrew Cavannagh Please kindly attach a photo to show us the situation that you mentioned. In the meanwhile, please kindly let us know if you could find a pin, press and hold the RST button for 15 seconds to check if you can access the factory setup page. If successful, select factory reset option and reboot the unit.
