Bluetooth and carplay on my 2006 G12 Highlander are not working properly. When I open music or YouTube, the sound keeps losing and coming back, making me feel very uncomfortable.
I tried resetting the G12, updating to the latest firmware, and also updating my ios to 17.4.1. but the sound via bluetooth and carplay is still very bad, often interrupted.
Do I need to set anything about bluetooth in extra settings?

@Khang Viet We are wondering if you could download the following BT module and then go to Factory Settings > enter password "hctbtup" to update it.
And then update the MCU to the 4.12. Download the file and go to System > MCU update.

Please check if the Bluetooth could be improve by this update, regarding to the Carplay, we are still testing, once it's released, we will put it on the OTA and you could update the firmware online. Your cooperation will be appreciated.
@Support Dasaita thanks, i will try. Not only with bluetooth, carplay and android auto, when i play music via usb, the sound very bad too. I think the something wrong with the HU. Maybe i need a new replacement.

Please kindly let us know if you have connected the wifi ant on the backside as it will strengthen the internet signal, it seems that the signal is weak make the carplay not work in good condition.
As to the second view, please let us know which kind of mirroring you are using, does your car has OEM amplifier, further instruction will be made once getting your reply.
