This unit has worked flawlessly for about 18 months but now I suddenly have no sound. Is there anything I should try before I try to reset the unit or update firmware? After reading other posts I am concerned that this problem might not be fixable. This unit was purchased through Amazon on 9/1/2022.

There is really nothing to video. Everything works except for the sound. My iPhone syncs fine, just no sound from any app or the radio. Ironically, this morning it started working normally, so I don't know what to think.
Sound worked for a few days and then went off again. Not sure what to do now. SHould I try a factory reset? Or firmware upgrade?
@Steven LaCombe Please kindly try to factory reset the head unti, note to back up some important information before reset the system.
If no luck, we may guide you through an update, would you kindly send us your order number and go to Settings > About Machine > Send the current Build Number and MCU version.
