Reboot loop - Android G12

  • @Nick O Sorry that your issue is hardware associated that we need to replace it for a new one. Hope you could receive the replacement soon.

  • @Support Dasaita Can I please get some support on this matter. I'm still waiting for my replacement unit to be sent. I have been working with the Dasaita team for more than 4 weeks on this issue. At this time I have no shipping information for the replacement head unit.

  • @Nick O Sorry for the inconvenience, your order has been delayed because of the modification of the firmware, we will send it out within this week and your patience will be appreciated.

  • @Dasaita Official Hello, I am extremely frustrated right now. My wife bought me a New head unit for my Toyota Tundra. I finally installed it a few months ago. It has worked OK for the past few months. The last couple weeks it has a mind of its own wants to work sometimes and other times it wont do anything. I just stays on the (11 Navigation system logo) and then after awhile it will switch to a screen saying (recovery) and try again or Factory data reset. i have tried doing both probably 30-50 times and nothing happens. find attached the pictures. i have a useless $600 screen in my truck that doesn't do anything. Screen

In this case, we suggest you can proceed a forced update.

Vivid 11 Version Make Sure your unit is PX6 Andorid 11(The left widget's map could be customized, suggest Google Map and Scout Map.)

Here are some tips to help you get the work done:

1.Please unplug all the wires and then reconnect the head unit.

2.Please download the document via your computer/laptop,  then use the WinZip application to unzip the file.

3.Please make sure to format the USB drive(FAT32 Format)/SD card before copying the update file to it.

4.Please ONLY put Update.zip file in the root directory of the USB drive/SD card,and then insert the USB drive into the USB cable.

    5. Find a pin, press and hold the RST button for 15 seconds to see if you can enter the factory setup page, if you can, select system updated.
