Hi, sorry for bugging you about everything but this is the only way I have found to get to support. I have a 2011 Toyota Tundra and just received the Android 12 car stereo. I have a few questions about it
1) I had the OEM Mounting Brackets and they are not fitting in the car now. Is there a special bracket you use in order to keep it secure?
2) Is there a way to change the home screen layout from the 3 large squares with 3 rectangles below with the time and date in what looks like a Search bar? I looked all through the setting but could find nothing.
@Mike Justis Regarding to your first issue, please kindly send us photos of your OEM Mounting Brackets.
Here is the removal and intallation video of your head unit, you could refer to it.

For your second issue, please check below.
Thanks for that. Are there directions? I tried long pressing but couldnt do anything with the icons...Also here is a pic of the Mounting brackets.
@Mike Justis
there is no need to install the OEM bracket on the head unit, you could see the video intruction that we sent you.
As to the widget adding, please refer to the following direction.

While I did watch the video multiple time having a bracket would help 100%. No matter what is done it is still loose.
