Good morning, suddenly the radio tuner connected to the car antenna stopped working.
Installed on Nissan Qasqahi year 2010 -
Even the Radio apps do not allow searching for FM/AM channels.
The antenna cable is connected, I also tried to RESET the system.
all other possibilities (streaming etc) for listening to music work
any suggestions?
I can go back to Vivid Android 10 because in the last automatic system update It switched to Scout?
Can I possibly update the firmware and if so which one do you recommend?

I did the update you recommended but it still remains Scout 7.3.28
it also deleted all apps.
is there another way to reinstall Vivid?

Go to vivid settings, general screen on the right side, Exit and click Factory Reset.
Just restart Vivid once you have configured it if the map does not appear on the Left side.
Restart Dasaita and you will see that it appears.

@luca ricciarelli We are wondering if the radio could work after the update of the firmware, you could go to Settings > About Machine so that we could check if your update is successful or not.

Same problem for me. I am struggling with radio connection since the change from Dasaita to Scout. With the previous update of the firmware it worked without intreruption for 2 days, but my phone was not connecting anymore.
I made the upgrade once again to Scout Model PX6; android version 10; software vesrion 7.6.4551 and now the radio it's not workink at all.
I checked also factory settings and everything it's ok.
Any advice?

Tips:
Step1.
Please download above update file via your computer/laptop firstly.
Step2.
Please format the USB drive to FAT32 Format.
Step3.
Please copy the file “update.zip” to the root directory of USB drive.
Step4.
Please insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable.
Step5.
Please go Settings > System > System updates to start the update.
Tap "wipe data and format flash" and "install".
(Please note that all data on this unit needs to be wiped before doing this step, so back up important data if necessary.)
