I updated my unit to the latest version and now the widgets are showing on the home screen. The time bar is showing and when I click screensaver it goes black with the time bouncing around but it goes back to the time screen after 30 seconds. How do I get the widgets back and is there no way to keep the screensaver on until I touch the screen or button?
@J Berkeley We have checked on our head unit and the screensaver is on until we touch the screen or button with the version 20240513. Please kindly send us a video to demonstrate your situation as well as a log to show the whole process. Please go to Factory Settings > enter "logcat" then replicate your issue and go to Filebrowser to send us the log file.

I have been working with you guys and after updating the mcu the same issue is still taking place.the screensaver turns off at the end of every song. I was able to get into the factory reset sheeting but I cannot see where to enter logcat (I cannot see where or how to type this. If that is the case)

Hello, enter "logcat" means enter the password "logcat" instead of "126". Once you enter the code, it will save your operation in a log file, we could diagnose the log accordingly and check how to fix your problem the future version.
