@Support Dasaita I recently enabled zlink on my head unit. It came with Android 11. zlink did not work. Here was my original firmware:

The head unit works but zlink still does not work. This is the error I get when I try to start zlink:
Where do I get an activation code?
@Randy T W11 do not support carplay and android auto. Hope you could understand.
@Support Dasaita you literally told me in another thread that Zlink was supported already. Is it just W11 that it's not supported? Is there another update I can do where it would be supported?
@Randy T Max10 could support, we must have mess up your issue, please kindly let us know if your order is 111-8220559-4931409 and model is HA5457-W11. If yes, it did not support zlink.
