@Jean Claude Drouin Please go to Factory Settings > enter 126 > Voice and then lower the volume of Radio and raise the volume of Sys.
As to the DAB, would you send us your order number so that we could locate more detail and give you intruction then.

@Jean Claude Drouin Hi there, go to Settings > Internet > connect your phone's hotspot. Then go to System update on the home menu, refresh and you will get the latest firmware(20240606 version). Please go to update that firmware.
