@Support Dasaita I've found a new discovery. I changed back to the previous version of the OS that you linked. Everything was fixed. I then updated to ZLink 5.4.57 the resolution changed to a lower resolution (all fonts and images are larger). So, it appears that this issue is definitely with ZLink.

About your issue, we suggest that you keep the Zlink version that it comes with the previous firmware(20240513) to use.
Temporarily, please do not update any Zlink new version.
@Support Dasaita here is a picture comparing the before and after. I know the difference seems small in the picture but the change is just enough to lose information.

@Support Dasaita that update returned ZLink to a lower resolution. I don't believe you need to worry about updating the OS image to solve this problem. I have narrowed this down to ZLink specifically.
Can you send me the version of ZLink that was in the image prior to the June update?

For your information, it doesn't support to downgrade the old version from the new one.
Besides, there is no old version Zlink APK available.

@Support Dasaita I'll consider it. Since there is no downgrade, if this does nothing, I have to reimage the head unit completely which means I have to set everything up all over again. I think I've described the issue including providing screenshots of the differences. Am I trying something that works or are we just guessing again?
