@Support Dasaita how do I apply a .img file on this unit?
@Support Dasaita how do I apply a .img file on this unit?
@Randy T Normally, we don't suggest MCU updates, you could go to Settings > About Machine and then send us your current MCU.
@Support Dasaita see attached screenshot.
@Randy T Could you please upload the screenshot again, it seems that your previous upload is unsuccessful?
@Support Dasaita
@Randy T
Hi Randy, you could try upload the MCU version 4.13a.

And in the meanwhile, you could scroll back to the previous firmware 20240513.

Would you send us photo of the 20240513 Android auto screenshot, we want to make a comparison as we could not see the different on our radio. Your cooperation will be appreciated.
@Support Dasaita how do I apply the MCU and firmware hmcu.img files?
@Randy T Please go to Settings > System > MCU update to update the hmcu.img files.
@Support Dasaita both of the hcmu.img files you linked are only 112kb. While the MCU update might be that small, I'm having a hard time imagining that the firmware file is that small. Are you sure you have the right file for the firmware?
@Randy T
Yes, friend.
We confirm the MCU file is correct.

@Support Dasaita I have applied both the MCU and firmware image files. No change. Android Auto I still running at lower resolution. Can I roll back to a previous image for the unit. The June update is what caused this.
@Randy T
Thanks for getting back to us.
We have reflected your case to our technician.
Any updates, we will let you know further.
Besides, could you please send Build Number&MCU version photo to us?
@Support Dasaita see attached.
@Randy T
Hello.
Thanks for sharing the photo.
We already forwarded it to our technical department.
Any news, we will contact you further.
@Support Dasaita while you're waiting to hear back from your technical department, here's another thing to tell them. There is definitely something wrong with the display settings on the unit. The built-in maps app is GIANT and unusable. I've attached a pic of that too.
@Randy T
Hello.
Thanks for providing the information.
Please feel assured that we'll report this issue to our technical department.
@Support Dasaita do you have any updates on this issue?
@Randy T
Hello.
We just released a new Zlink version to fix it.
If possible, please try to install it then see how it goes.

Zlink5(v5.4.57):

---------------------------
@Support Dasaita I have applied the update. There was no change. I believe the issue is not in ZLink but in the resolution of the unit itself. Judging by the picture above, that would be the logical conclusion. The latest OS build is set to the wrong resolution.
Can you just give me the build that was used prior to June of this year?
@Randy T
Hello.
About the previous version system file, please check it below.
