J'ai un autoradio dasaita Android12 autoradio pour Toyota RAV4 2019 2020 2021 2022 sans fil Carplay et Android Auto autoradio | Qualcomm 665 | 12.3". Mon zlink carplay fonctionne mais par rapport au son de la musique il y a une distorsion. Le son est en retard. C'est la version 5.4.50. Je voulais savoir s'il y avait une autre mise à jour pour zlink. Merci d'avance.

Based on your provided picture, we notice that your MCU is not the new version.
If possible, we suggest that you can try to update it firstly.

Tips:
1.
Please download above update file via your computer/laptop.

Please make sure to format USB drive(FAT32 Format) before copying file to it.

Please ONLY put “hmcu.img” file to the root directory of USB drive.
4.
Please note that all data on this unit needs to be wiped before updating the system, so back up important data if necessary.
5.
Finally, click the Settings > System > MCU updates to start the update.

for zlink it still persists. Finally, for my calls when I try to answer by zlink carplay no one hears me when I speak with the internal microphone. While I can clearly hear the person speaking on the phone. What solutions do you have for this?

Upon checking, Order#114-2459070-6506636 you purchased HA5901-G12(Android12), its system information matches the picture you sent on 2024-7-31.
However, we notice the new picture is Android13, which is different from the provious one.
We are wondering whether you have tried to do other updates except MCU-4.12 that we have sent you.

Oh yeah that's it. yes I tried another update because zlink carplay did not work well both for calls and for music which causes distortions and lags. That's why.

Usually, we don't recommend to do the mandatory installation for other Android system because it will cause the potential damage to the machine.
Please try to revert back to the original Android system with the latest firmware..

Specific Operation:
Step1.
Please download above update file via your computer/laptop firstly.
Step2.
Please format the USB drive to FAT32 Format.
Step3.
Please copy the file “update.zip” to the root directory of USB drive.
Step4.
Please insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable.
Step5.
Please go Settings > System > System updates to start the update.
Tap "wipe data and format flash" and "install".
(Please note that all data on this unit needs to be wiped before doing this step, so back up important data if necessary.)

Both items are the same model HA5901, but different Android System.
You purchased G12, the link is G13.

I did the update with wipping all file. (System Firmware-G12-20240812). The lag and distortion problem is resolved. On the other hand, the external microphone doesn't always work 😐. Steering Wheel Buttons for Next and Previous are crossed...

Thank you for your time and patience in this matter.
For the issue of the steering wheel buttons are crossed,here is the way to get this problem resolved:
settings> car> factory setting (password :126)> canbus > swap key
For the external microphone,could you please try to unplug the external mic to see if the problem disappeared?because there is also a built-in mic on the unit.
