I recently got g12 for 2015 rav4. While on Andriod auto bluetooth audio is disconnecting I need to go back to setting and reconnect the phone to the head unit to use the phone connection. This needs to be done every 10 minuts.

I cannot send you video since it happen while driving.
The call is disconnecting from bluetooth and I needs to reconnect the device in order to use BT again.
There is no option to select BT for the call until BT is connected again.

We'd like to remind that it doesn't support to use Bluetooth/network when you’re using Android Auto,
cuz the Bluetooth/network access has been occupied by Android Auto.
If you want to want to use Bluetooth, please make sure that you have disconnected Android Auto.
So you product doesn't support wireless Android Auto?
Please change your description to reflect this.

For your information, it supports wireless Android Auto.
However, it cannot use Android Auto and Bluetooth(calls/music/OBD etc.) at the same time.
