In order to confirm the model&version that you got,
please provide us with your valid order number / order details screenshot if possible.

For better help, please tell us it happened from the beginning or after using for a while,
and whether other functions can work except audio.

Regarding to your issue, we suggest that you can try to do as ollows:
1). Please check if you have connected the audio output cable properly.
2). Please adjust the volume:
Settings > Car > Factory settings(password :126) > Voice > adjust the volume > Apply > Exit > Reboot.
