Installed the G12 head unit into my 2015 Toyota Camry XSE. I'm using Canbus type 8 in the factory settings. Ever since, one of my DRLs will not work on auto-mode. It works when forced on in headlight setting 2 (on the Toyota control stick).
Since it works in every other mode, I can be assured it is not the LEDs themselves that have burnt out or faulty wiring.
There is a setting that controls DRLs in the Control settings app on the Android headunit so I'm assuming the issue is with the headunit.
AUTO MODE - One DRL (left) is on
Headlight Setting 2 - Both DRLs on (right-side is dimmer though?)
Headlight Setting 3 - Both DRLs on (same brightness, dim) and Both Headlights on
Daytime running lights setting ON
