Whenever I call someone or receive a call on my head unit through CarPlay, people can never hear me. I have tried both internal and external mic, resetting the system, and using a usb cord instead of Bluetooth and nothing is working. Is there an update on Zlink that can resolve this issue?

Thank you! I think that has fixed my issue. If it persists in the future I will comment back.
After further testing, it was working fine when I was in my driveway but as soon as I started driving I was breaking up. Tested outgoing calls and incoming calls.

Thanks for the new update, it appears to have made my issue better. It's still not working 100% but at least now the person on the other side of the phone can hear me consistently. It still does break up at times.
@Luke Donahue
Hello.
Thanks for your response.
For further confirmation, please tell us whether the break up of phone calls issue still happens in driving, while it is normal in driveway.
And it occurs when connected to CarPlay, it doesn't happen on Bluetooth calls.
If possible, could you please try to test the breaking frequency?
So that we can reflect it to our technician for optimization.
It happens when driving as well, it's seems to be when I'm surrounded by trees. This issue doesn't happen on Bluetooth on during CarPlay. How do I test the break frequency?
@Luke Donahue
Please pay attention to how offen it happens.
For example, how many times will it happens in an hour.
It tends to happen about 10 times on an hour drive
@Luke Donahue Hi Luke,do you mean it tends to happen about 10 times on an hour drive when making phone call with someone?Or do you mentioned when play music?
Did you try to using the 4G sim card to make phone calls?
