Passenger side audio does not work and I get a caution sign when put into reverse. I have all the cables plugged in according to directions. I get audio driver side, everything was working prior. 2021 RAV4 Le is my vehicle. Went into factory settings, no setting for the reverse. Driver side audio is working. Please help or I will return if it is not resolved by Monday through Amazon.

About passenger side audio issue,
please try to do as follows to see if all speakers can work:
Settings > CAR > Amplifier > Delay, and select "All"(see pic).

If it displays a caution sign with black screen when put into reverse,
it must be a wrong wiring issue.
Please make sure that you have connected Yellow RCA "CAM IN" with Yellow RCA "Camera/CAM VIN" firstly.
Besides, please confirm "C" has connected to either wiring "C1" or wiring "C2"(see pic).
If C with C1 cannot work for backup camera, please switch to connect C with C2.
