Bluetooth audio is gone


  • Hello, i need help with my headunit, there's no sound coming out of my headunit. I can connect to bluetooth or carplay fine, but there's no sound. The radio is working fine

    1.
    In order to learn your purchased model&version, please provide us with your Order Number.
    2.
    For further confirmation, please tell us whether all audio cannot work when you are using Bluetooth or CarPlay.
    Without connecting Bluetooth or CarPlay, all audio can work normally.
    3.
    Besides, please go Settings > About Machine > Model; Android Version; Build Number; MCU version, 
    then send its photo(see pic) to us.

    I ordered it on amazon, here's the order #

    i'm able to connect to CarPlay and Bluetooth But no sounds coming out, even just bluetooth music no sound at all. The only audio that works is the radio.

    However, we cannot confirm the Build Number details.
    Please go Settings>About Machine again, then take a photo for the full information and provide it to us.

    Based on your pictures, we notice that your current firmware already is the latest version.
    We are wondering if you have tried to do the update,
    and after the update, it happened the issue.

    it was happening before i even update it, first it was making a crakling noise, then it was going on and off. Now the audio is completely gone.
