I need your help after some Wifi problem with my Dasaita PX6 Android 10.
In fact sometime I must restart my product for refind an internet access.
Perhaps if I install the last version of firmware this problem will be solve.
For that I need the MCU file and I didn't find a link to donwload it.
My MCU version is : MTCE_HA_V3.71_1 OF Dec 21 2020
Build number : rk3399-userdebug 10qq2A0200305.004.A1 eng.htc.202.308.03.111115 test-keys
Kernel : 4.19.111+

Hello.
For your information, PX6 Android 10 item has stopped production.
We no longer maintain it thus it won't release the new update file anymore.
Based on your version information, it already is the existing latest one.
Regarding to your issue, we suggest that you can try to do as follows:
Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset WiFi, Mobile&Bluetooth.

It's a shame not to offer an update for a product that is relatively recent.
As suggested, I did a reset of the Wifi, Bluetooth.., and I hope that will solve my problem.
I read that some have migrated to Android 11, is this a good idea ?

Unfortunately for me, your recommendation:
Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile and Bluetooth.
Doesn't work for me and randomly, I have to do a reset with an application that requires me to validate the authorization to use it and it is laborious and especially prohibitive for my wife.
Do you have a solution?
For example an application that would reset automatically if there is no WiFi or other?
This product is not old since it was ordered on April 5, 2021 from Amazon, i.e. 3 years ago, is this normal?
And in addition Is tried without success the hole reset in fac e of my PX6
