Hi there I'm having a problem with one of your head units.I was wondering if you can assist me or pass me to the engineering team to have this problem sorted out.
It an android head unit px30 upgraded to android 10 ,lovely display but only one major fault .I am getting a humming feed back when my phones Bluetooth is connected. I've accessed the factory settings and tried changing the Bluetooth settings few are able to connect and some are not working.And for the few that's does connect I getting a humming buzzing noise that I can't seem to get rid of.I was hoping that your team has some answers for me ,could it be the Bluetooth rock chip or something else.Any information will be greatly appreciated,as my customer aren't happy that I can't get any answers.
