@Support Dasaita Dear DASAITA, problem solved. In particular I tried to install the NavRadio Basic application, from Play Sore, so I can understand if it was a problem of the native software module of the G12 or if it was a Hardware problem as you indicated. To my surprise I found that after installing the NavRadio application, the native radio listening software module of the G12 also started working properly. Therefore I report my experience so that I can, on your part, investigate the reasons why the software module of the G12 has such an abnormal behavior.
