@Support Dasaita , I recently installed my new Dasaita Android 13 head unit into my 2019 Tundra with no issues. It worked well for one week and this morning when I started the truck it is now stuck in a boot up loop. It keeps cycling between the black screen with “Android” on and the screen “Navigation system 13”. I tried to cycle power and the reset button, but it keeps doing the same thing. How do I resolve this?

@team@dasaita.com Hi, the only thing I can think of is my wife plugged her phone in to charge. I cannot say at what stage it was and if the unit had booted up already. When I looked at the screen it just said "Android " and never progressed after that.
