Some background, I bought this 4Runner used and it had the Dasaita 10.25 2k media console installed.
I have had the vehicle for about 5 months now and out of the blue while driving the driver side front speakers stopped working fully. I changed the speaker output to just the driver door and driver dash speakers and there was a faint sound coming from them both, but nearly silent.
I changed the speaker output back to middle/balanced and all the speakers played normally but the driver side door and dash speakers still weren't working properly. Then while driving the 2 "faint" speakers started working again, then about 10 minutes later they went back to a faint sound coming out of them.
Has anyone else had this issue? I removed the unit to see if there were any damaged wires or if a harness had come loose but they were all seated tightly and no wire damage was visible.
Hoping someone can help me, I don't want to have to replace the head unit.
